1. A customer describes the work
The customer selects the closest service, enters the work ZIP code, answers only the relevant questions, adds photos when helpful and chooses when the work is needed. The request can be completed before sign-in; account access is requested only when the customer is ready to submit.
2. Alltasko finds relevant professionals
Matching can consider the selected service, job details, ZIP code, work radius, verification and current Online status. A customer may publish an open marketplace request, send an exclusive Direct Lead to one professional, or invite a small group of two or three professionals through a Shared Lead.
3. The customer compares and chooses
Professionals decide whether to respond and may send a written proposal or estimate. Customers can compare profiles, projects, reviews, availability and pricing before selecting anyone. Alltasko does not choose the professional for the customer.
4. Both sides confirm the details
Before work begins, the customer and professional should confirm the exact scope, price, materials, timing, access, permits, cleanup, payment and cancellation terms in writing. Important changes should stay in the Alltasko conversation.
5. Work is tracked to completion
Job statuses show whether work is scheduled, in progress, ready for approval or completed. The customer should inspect the work before confirming completion and may leave an honest review based on the actual experience.
Who is responsible for the service
Alltasko supplies marketplace technology and record-keeping tools. The customer and professional contract directly with each other. The professional is responsible for lawful, safe and competent performance; the customer is responsible for a lawful request, safe access and the payments promised in their agreement.
Include the account email and job number when one exists. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
